Nine Faces of Nothing
(2020) This is a small-format comic collection that looks at the experience of major depression from different angles and in different styles. The stories are between one page and nine pages long, all in black and white and gray.
Some of it is directly autobiographical; some is pretty abstract; some is grim; some is funny(?); there's also a Lovecraft adaptation for reasons that made sense to me at the time. I can't say I have any great insights, but I hope people will get something out of it.
